Jewish Yoga Practices:

Just like a tree has 4 parts: the roots, trunk, branches, and fruit, explore the 4 seasons with this cyclical yoga flow

Join Jenna of www.breathandsoul.net in a 50-minute introspective flow on the roots, trunk, branches, & fruit of your Tree.

To clarify what I mentioned on the 4 worlds, here they are as follows:

Asiyah: World of doing (earth)

Yetzirah: world of feeling (water)

Beriah: world of thinking (air)

Atzilut: world of spirit (fire)

Here is a 1-hour outdoor yoga flow for Tu'BShevat to celebrate the Trees. This is the month where, despite the trees being in a deep slumber, we connect to the hidden life force that continues to flow through them – priming them for the blooming in the coming spring. We’ve just welcomed in the new year, and are now shifting towards the holiday of Tu B’shvat – so let’s look to the trees to guide us and root us.

In this month’s yoga session, Jenna (@breathandsoul_jenna) takes us through a practice from the Jerusalem forest, which invites you to connect to the wisdom of the trees around you, and bring your body into alignment and openness through tree poses, breathwork and more.

This moment beckons us to bring energy into our bodies, so that new life, new creativity, new ideas, new ways of being can emerge!
