Embodied Sefirot Practices: Gevurah Meditation
We’re in the week of Gevurah on the Sefirot embodiment course !
(Gevurah is our Left Lunar-Side and is Fiercely Feminine. Gevurah is our ability to receive & cultivate strength)
Here’s a glimpse of one of our guided meditation practices to cultivate Gevurah, our inner-focus towards self-discovery. The shepherdess of Gevurah is Miriam, who was granted with the miraculous well that nourished the Jewish people wandering in the desert. We invite her energy in and gather strength, focus, & dedication. This meditation is a full body dig- going deeper and descending towards our inner wellsprings of fresh vitality . For some, the water well is in the heart, the womb, or even underneath the feet. This is a process of discovering & uncovering your inner essence.
Miriam’s Well Visualization Practice:
Below is a summary of Gevurah Embodiment Practices, explored more in-depth on the Sefirot Embodiment Course.

Then, Locating and jumping into your POOL of vitality, the wellsprings deep within. Maybe your well is in the heart/ womb/ or beneath your feet. Digging, uncovering, discovering. This is the Gevurah journey to your true self.
Become a master of your auric field to generate radical self-love and self-acceptance. Nefesh= 6-feet around you. Visualization: Create a protective circle of light around you. You are sitting in your own, private, energetic space.
